The Real Estate Off-Plan Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving sales of pre-construction properties. This dynamic individual proactively sources leads, builds strong relationships with potential buyers, provides in-depth insights into off-plan projects, and skillfully guides clients through the entire purchase process. With a deep understanding of the local real estate market and a passion for new developments, the Off-Plan Consultant is instrumental in securing profitable deals and exceeding sales targets.

Salary Range: 

50% Commission + Bonuses

Your Role

  • Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Proactively identify potential clients through networking, online channels, referrals, and cold-calling. Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a strong pipeline of interested buyers.
  • Market Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the off-plan real estate market, including trends, pricing, competitor analysis, and upcoming developments.
  • Client Education and Consultation: Provide expert guidance on off-plan investment opportunities, explaining the purchase process, payment plans, potential returns, and associated risks with transparency and professionalism.
  • Property Showcase: Conduct site visits and virtual tours, highlighting the unique features and benefits of off-plan properties.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate effectively with buyers and developers to secure the best possible deals, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction process.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond, fostering a track record of repeat business and referrals.
  • Administrative Duties: Meticulously manage client records, sales contracts, and relevant documentation.


About You

  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the local real estate market, including off-plan regulations, trends, and investment potential.
  • Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages beneficial).
  • Persuasion and Negotiation: Strong ability to influence and close deals while balancing the interests of both buyers and developers.
  • Self-Motivation and Goal-Oriented: Driven by targets with a proactive and results-focused approach.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM systems, real estate databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
