With a property-centric career spanning more than twenty years, Nick has exposure to residential and commercial sales, property development and property/asset management. Having previously managed capital transactions within London, Sydney and Dubai, he has developed an understanding of the nuances required to successfully negotiate and broker real estate within vastly differing market places and with a multitude of nationalities.

After working as Director within a large independent estate agency in the UK, Nick moved to Sydney, where he gained commercial real estate experience with global blue-chip real estate corporations. Opportunities within Dubai proved too attractive to remain in Australia and following a successful period operating his training consultancy (providing sales and marketing training solutions to the Dubai real estate market).
